English, Dutch, German, French, Spanish or Italian: each user picks the language in Settings. Invoices and messages to your customers follow the language you choose for them. The Business Assistant understands English. The VAT return follows the Dutch or German return; in other countries you get a VAT summary.

Yes, in the browser on phone, tablet and laptop. You can also add Mealbooks to your home screen as an app.
How do I get started?
Sign up with your business name, KVK number (outside the Netherlands, your company registration number) and e-mail address, confirm the 6-digit code, and put your first dishes on the menu. No payment details are needed for the 7-day trial.
Can I cancel?
Yes, every month, in Settings > Subscription. You keep using Mealbooks until the end of the month you paid for.
