Pricing questions

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, every payment comes with an invoice by e-mail, also kept under Settings > Subscription. Businesses in the Netherlands pay 21% VAT; businesses in another EU country subscribe with a VAT number confirmed by VIES and pay €20 and the VAT is reverse charged; businesses outside the EU pay €20 without Dutch VAT.

What happens after the trial if I don't subscribe?

You can still sign in to subscribe or download your data. An account that stays switched off is deleted after a while; you're told by e-mail beforehand.

Which countries can subscribe?

Food businesses in the Netherlands and Germany. Austria, Luxembourg, Ireland, Belgium and France: coming soon. Italy, Spain and the United Kingdom: coming later.

Any extra costs?

No. Everything on this page is in the price.
